What is Systemic Coaching?
Compared to traditional coaching, systemic coaching considers the larger system in which we all operate.
It is a transformative approach which uncovers hidden insights and solutions. It goes beyond individual perspectives, revealing patterns and influences within teams, organizations, and relationships. This holistic method helps break through barriers, fostering growth and development; in service of the greater whole.
As renowned coach Peter Hawkins said: “Systemic coaching offers a unique lens to see beyond the obvious and tap into the underlying forces that shape our lives and organizations.”
